Diffusion Sheet

Diffusion Sheet? It has the function to make the brigthtness of the whole screen unniform by diffusing and scattering the lights incoming through a light guide panel. It is competitive product to SKC's localization development now. With a LGP printed as shown in the picture (a), the diffused light reaches directly to our sight, so the printed pattern is reflected as it is. The pattern is clearly sensed even after a LCD panel is mounted. Because our sight senses the images on the screen and not the dot patterns, it is required to remove or diminish them. Picture (b) shows a diffusion sheet that is made of polymer as the base material and dotted with tiny glass beads on its both sides. Picture (c) shows an image that dot patterns disappear.
